#Instant Action – Take quick action

Procrastination takes time. Whenever you think of excuses to postpone some work, you spend at least 2 or 3 minutes. If you start doing this work in less time, that means within 1 minute, there will be no time to postpone the work.

#Start your day with the hardest tasks.

Make a plan for yourself in the morning and try to tackle the most difficult task first. Once you have eaten breakfast and are fully awake, you will be most active in the morning. Do the hardest work at that time, once you do you will feel better, and then you will tackle the rest with ease.

#Make a schedule.

This means that you have to do everything systematically and you will have to be determined that you will also work according to the schedule. You will benefit from this. All your work will be done on time. When you make a schedule, time is in your hands, not in your hands.

#Free from distraction

Whenever you work, choose a particular place. And make that place free from all the distraction, by this you will be able to work easily without any hindrance.

#Break large tasks into pieces.

When we have tasks that are very long, they can take a few hours or a few days, those tasks can seem daunting, and when something difficult and overwhelming, we tend to procrastinate. So to stop that procrastination, let’s make those tasks less difficult. For example- If you want to make a video, then divide all the work related to it into small parts.

According to Mel Robbins, author of The 5 second rule, if you have to do some work and your mind is trying to avoid that work by making excuses, then you can try this 5 second rule.

It is very easy to implement the 5 seconds rule. All you need to do is take some instant action.

Whenever your mind is making excuses instead of doing that work, immediately count the countdown to 5-4-3-2-1 in your mind and without thinking much as soon as you reach 1 you start doing that work. .

Doing this will prove to be very beneficial for you and you will come out of a serious problem like Procrastination very soon.

#Reward yourself

When you complete one of your tasks, then give yourself a reward, which can give you happiness.

As a reward, you can talk to your friend, you can enjoy any of your favorite dishes. Anyone can listen to music.

The human brain is excited even for such a small reward and good feel hormones are released in the brain, which inspire to complete the work.
